Skip has developed a complete golf specific fitness and mental program that is designed exclusively for the junior golfer. It incorporates all aspects of the physical and mental skills needed to achieve optimum result in their golf game.
Junior golfers who are currently participating in a golf specific fitness and mental program will be light years ahead of their competition.
Skip's program develops the individual's over-all cardiovascular endurance, golf-specific strength, functional flexibility, balance and mental aspects of the golf game.
