I have developed a complete golf fitness & mental program that is designed exclusively for the junior golfer.
I specialize in all aspects of the physical and mental skills needed to achieve optimum results in a tournament.
My program develops the individual's over-all cardiovascular endurance, golf-specific strength, functional flexibility, balance of the golf game.
$1,000 for 10 sessions each session lasts 90 mins
